My entire life I’ve felt that there is only one thing truly unique to me: the things I’ve seen and felt. I’ve never been the strongest or the fastest or the quickest witted. The only thing that sets me apart from the rest is my unique way of perceiving the world around me. I strive to re-create that personal idea or concept of an idea in an image. The process of documenting glimpses of my life helps me to realize that I AM moving forward in times of life where otherwise, things feel rather stagnant. My passion is going out and finding those little spaces in time, whether it be a little nook in a giant city or a hilltop vantage; somewhere that is often over looked. I then place a subject in that space (or leave it as it is) and capture that feeling that space holds.
